St. Paul's is a member of Schenectady Inner City Ministry (S.I.C.M.), a local ecumenical organization. Consisting of several area churches, the purpose of Schenectady Inner City Mission (SICM) is to relate the resources of the churches to the human needs of the city in the areas of social concern, education, witness and action.
